With over 20 years of experience, Executive Head Chef Paul Watts brings with him a wealth of knowledge gained from working in many highly rated hotels and award winning restaurants.
Paul has previously been a European Culinary Advisory Board Member for Marriott and served the finest cuisine for the likes of Twentieth Century Fox, Warner Bros, United Intl Pictures, Sony Pictures for screenings, film premieres and after show parties. His individual flair for creative food design combined with fresh, locally sourced ingredients ensures that his food is a feast for the senses.
